Educator Booking Form

Nido Kings Cross accepts booking from educational institutions on behalf of a group of students. Typically this is called a Block Booking and it may be for one term, one year, or the preferred is a 3-year commitment as you will benefit from a reduction in the rental increase from year to year. The educational institution will need to sign an umbrella agreement on behalf of the students, then the individual student will need to sign a licence agreement

Standard process is:

Fill out the attached form, and we will reply letting you know we have received your request. Once we have determined availability, we will email you an allocation schedule which includes numbers of beds needed, check in and out dates, total fees and fee due dates. Nido’s policy is to take a 10% non-refundable holding deposit within 30 days of sending you the allocation schedule and invoice. Then the remaining 90% is due 4-6 weeks prior arrival. It’s that easy.

Student Damages:

We can do this two ways: Either each student pays a £250 refundable damage deposit, which will be refunded within 4 weeks of departure provided there are no damages and the room is clean, or we do not take a damage deposit but instead your institution will be responsible for paying damages, should there be any and recovering those from your students directly. We will request a member of your staff come to witness damages prior to charging.
