Any information you submit using this registration procedure will be used by Nido King's Cross for the purpose of considering your booking request. If your initial booking request with Nido King's Cross is unsuccessful we would like to keep your details in our database. We usually keep your details in our database for a period of 6 months.

In addition to the information you provide, Nido King's Cross may carry out checks to verify your education details / credit history. If you access the Nido King's Cross website from locations outside the United Kingdom and submit an application on-line, that application will be deemed to have been submitted in England and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with English law, including in particular the Data Protection Act 1998.
